O.M.G. I just saw unedited crime scene photos of Travis in the shower and more. I wasn't prepared for that. It's one thing to listen to her testify, it's another thing to see what she actually did to him.

The only rope found is in the link above. No other rope found. No knife found. I can't wait to hear her explanation.

No kidding. I don't know how to say this politely, but I saw the pics of where she lived, her bedroom at the time of her arrest and her grandparents house (burglary photos). I'm sure TA's home in Mesa was like a mansion to her. I wonder if TA knew any background of JA, where she lived and came from?

I am sure he did, as one of is text messages mentioned how she was so like her mom. Don't know what that meant. Where did you find burglary pictures. Listening to Nancy Grace , she said she called the Buhdist Montesary sp? , but she said they do get phone service. I can't recall Jodi saying who called her to let her know about the burglary.

Wow, one thing leads to the next and I was reading their myspace pages, blogs and pictures. Travis posted a blog, an introduction to a book he was writing explaining his childhood. Wow. Very sad. His mom was a crack addict and he grew up being beaten and verbally abused, growing up with cockroaches, no food, in filth. It explains why his 2 sisters are the only ones there on his side of the family.

What was eerie is JA's Tribute to Travis on her myspace (photos with descriptions). Sick. Reading their posts back and forth to each other and along with their blogs took hours but very revealing. Seems like the defense is truly glossing over things. I needed a freakin aspirin, it gave me a headache as they seemed to be posting blogs aimed at each other in a passive aggressive way. Travis's last blog was about finding a the right woman to marry - posted in May - by June he was killed.

When JA moved to Yreka TA posted on her FB page "I wonder how much you raise the hotness level of Yreka all by yourself, factoring in its per capita hot stats before you came, I am sure it has raised exponentially."

I was trying to figure out if that was after she moved to Mesa to be close to TA but then they broke up and she moved back to Yreka. All it says was 4 years ago.

I have a question. Did the attack start in the shower? Where else was there blood in the house? If there was blood in other places, how did he end up back in the shower? Did she drag him back in?

What do we have in store for us today? Memory loss perhaps?
We all heard it, "I don't remember a lot of what happened that day".
We have been warned.

I just REALLY hope all the jurors heard her little slip yesterday when she said something on the line of "he was only violent once" or "he only hit me once".
I whooped so loud my neighbors probably heard me.
I saw the lady defense attorney start whispering to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo lady immediately.

After the murder description, we will still have to hear her BS story about going to Ryan Burns. Lets see how she tries to make him look like a liar now.

I wonder if Martinez will even get a her today, I'm thinking tomorrow.
Why? Because I have a hair appt. of course.

There was a lot of blood on the carpet in the bedroom near the closet.
I think the entire murder took place in the bedroom and bathroom.
There was blood on the wall with her palm print as well.

I agree about getting to the good stuff tomorrow because I have to take the kids to the dentist at 3 tomorrow.

Me too. I thought they were going to be the pictures that they retrieved from the camera, which were hard to make out, not the police pictures. Truly horrific.

It started in the shower. He worked his way over to the sink where he was spitting blood into the sink. And I think she shot him there (so that must've been the end of it) because the shell casing was on top of the blood on the floor. And then she dragged him back into the shower. If those camera pictures didn't exist, and Jodi ended up on trial anyway, they'd be arguing that no way could she move his body by herself (and heck, they still might) and therefore couldn't have committed the crime.

You're so right about having been warned...I have a feeling the rest of the defense case is going to be much less detailed. I wonder if Nurmi wants Martinez to get his shot at her immediately after he (Nurmi) is done, because Jodi will be emotional and devastated ( ) and Martinez would have to tread softly to not look like a total *** to the jury. I think Martinez would rather start out with Jodi being her usual cool cucumber self, altho she can certainly turn it on when she really needs to.

On Nancy Grace, they were showing videos of Jodi testifying, zooming in on her finger, and how straight or barely bent it was. That Jodes! Such a kidder. They also talked about that abuse count being off. Wish I had seen BBB lady and female lawyer's reaction. Maybe it'll be part of the replay this morning on InSession.

Jodi will just deny any testimony by Ryan. She already denied something that 40 yr old former boyfriend said, about the gas can...I think he had said that she said she was going to Arizona??

My hair appt is tomorrow at 1:00, which means I will be leaving the house at 12:30 which is when court should be starting. :/ I never make my next appt at my last appt...I always call days before I need the appt...but she's 8 1/2 months pregnant and I was afraid there'd be a run on her services before she takes her leave. This is just one more thing I'm going to hold against Jodes and Nurmi.

From the evidence pictures and the ME testimony, the prosecution put forth the argument that the attack started in the shower, proceeded in the bathroom and then down the hallway where the blood is all over the carpet and walls (one section with Jodi's palm print in his and her blood). The (accidental) picture of the foot and pants leg is Jodi's as she appears to be dragging Travis back to the bathroom.
