Max: Max had gotten out a flashlight and was poking through one of her suitcases for the bandages. She pulled them out and stopped. Max had always done it on her own, but this would be a difficult angle. And River knew her secrets. "Please," Max whispered, sitting on the bed.

River: River was surprised Max actually wanted her help, in a strange was she had expected her to say no. "of course" River said while she took the bandages from Max and carefully wrapped her cut.

Max: Max sat as River wrapped it and said "Thanks" when she finished it. She shoved the suitcase under her bed and slithered under the covers. "Goodnight River," sher murmured, falling asleep almost immediately.

OOC: Parent night would be cool. Is Amelia the only one without parents or a gaurdian? Then she might have to explain why and stuff.

Amelia: Amelia hung back just within earshot of the two girls as they talked. Max made so much more sense now. From the conversation Max had had on the phone with her father, she had guessed they didn't have the best relationship, but she never guessed it was that bad. Amelia felt so sorry for Max. She didn't know which one she would prefer; having a father like Max's or having no parents like she did. She knew River didn't have parents either, but at least she had her grandmother. Amelia had no one. As the conversation went on and Amelia learned more and more about Max, she started feeling a little guilty. This was the second time today she had eavesdropped on two of her classmates. Amelia was relieved when the girls finally headed upstairs so she could follow them and go back to her room. She waited until they were back in their room before she slipped silently into her own. She climbed into her bed, but she still couldn't sleep. She kept going over all the things Max had said in her mind. Finally, after what seemed like hours, Amelia fell into a fitfull sleep, and she dreamt about her own father.

OOC: Not sure. I'd have to go back to the sign up thread and check to see who did and didn't mention it in their signups. Well, I'd only check those that still post regularly.

Do you guys want to do second day of school or skip a couple weeks for a beach day instead of school, or another school day but a couple weeks later, or what?

OOC: I'm not really sure, but I was thinking it would just be the second day since all of this just happened. I think that would make it make more sense for River "using" it to make Max make friends, and it would let people notice her bandage if they wanted to.

OOC: You're right, that makes sense. Besides, Nate would be happy to have PE.

Speaking of Nate, it'll just be your characters and her characters and m,aybe some of the others for a lot of tonight, as I am visiting a friend.

River: River woke up feeling as though she hadn't gotten any sleep at all. She rolled onto her back and stared up at the ceiling thinking about everything.

Toby: Toby slowly woke up, and then shot out
of bed. He had planned on getting up early so he would have more time to get ready. But that didn't happen. he hurried to the mirror and started fixing his hair. He wished he didn't care so much about how people saw him, but he did. He always wanted to look perfect.

Daniel: Daniel woke up to the warm morning llight on his face. He smiled, hoping that the second day of school would be just as amazing as the first one.

Max: Max blinked her eyes open. She was tired, and her shoulder throbbed. Once she felt her shoulder throb, she remembered the events of the previous night. For the first time, Max had an ally. But it had costed Max, and she knew that. In what way, Max was not yet certain.

Amelia: Amelia woke with a start, panicked until she remembered where she was. She was safe at the school. She took a deep breath and got out of bed. As she got ready, she recalled the events of last night. Max and River didn't know that Amelia had been there last night. Amelia didn't think they would suspect anything, and all Amelia had to do was be her quiet self and she didn't think they would even pay any attention to her at all. Amelia put on her uniform, brushed out her long hair, and brushed her teeth. She would wait until the others started going downstairs and follow them.

Then she found the floor length mirror she stuck on the closet door and attempted to tame her curls. The best she could get was a fat black braid. Max groaned.

Daniel: Daniel was satisfied with his appearance. He picked up his backpack, held his blazer over his shoulder, and left the room. He dropped the backpack on the floor and his blazer on the armrest and sat on one of the couches to wait for his beautiful River.

She brushed her long black straight hair into a high ponytail and left her long bangs down where they hung over her left eye. When she left the bathroom she put her pajamas in her suitcase and asked Max "you ready?"
