Our experience with Royal Pacific Resort
I am now starting to add our trip to Universal studios to my disney trip report and thought I'd share the link here in case you are interested in checking it out.
Right now I've got up our check in day at Royal Pacific Resort. The hotel is lovely and while I've portrayed it in a negative way due to a bad customer service experience we had I want to say it really is a very lovely hotel. It was just our CS experience and coming out of a huge condo that was $70/night that added up to make our experience somewhat negative.
