Well Done! I couldn't do a low carb diet. I like pasta too much I'm trying a calorie controlled diet with more exercise. Which means I can eat what I want within reason and not feel like I'm really on a diet. Hopefully it'll work! Only time will tell I guess.

Thanks its not the easiest but its more of a complete change of what we eat rather than a diet so after 6 months we are both used to it and it really works for us

I lost another pound off my weight despite an indulgent weekend, going to get back on track again, keep up the great weight loss everyone and good luck... Will pop back in a week to update.

Weigh-in for me tomorrow... Here's hoping as Ive been good...I even took Snack a Jacks to the cinema and had those instead of the usual treats

Another Pound Gone :-) Not much but at least it's in the right direction and only 4.5 to go for my first stone mark

It's great to see how well so many of us are getting on - I find it really helps motivate me
So, 2lb for me this week
Not as much as last week but heading in the right direction

Well done wow that was a fantastic loss, I try to keep things in the cupboard like fine ground oatcakes and add extra light Philly spread on top or some fruit sticks Go ahead slices are good too. The oatcakes provide fibre and help lower any cholesterol you have and nicer than a bowl of fibre bran. WW marshmallow wafers are tasty too and Kerry's LowLow cheese slices make a tasty sandwich with whole meal bread or small buns. Quorn products can be nice too, I like their shepherds pie with steamed veggies for a light lunch or a tasty bowl of low calorie soup can make a change. Fruit and veg can provide tasty snacks without lots of calories or carbs. I absolutely love Asda's virtually fat free strawberry yogurt drinks tasty goodness to help your digestion and they cost less than branded ones.
