ugh, an hour and 5 minutes on hold...second time through on the Canada theme song

We're booked at a monorail resort, so not expecting much...here's hoping though!

Moderates were 30%- some, but not all mods.

I was able to include the dining plan.

Which mods were omitted? I'm assuming POFQ is not discounted because that's where I have reservations already.

Ahh, they've changed the code since I saw it this morning. It was the V92. I'll mention both when I call back.

I have no clue why I got through so quickly. My entire phone call was only 24 minutes and 6 seconds. That's hold time and everything. She even had to go back in the system and put in my address and phone number since she said that it wasn't there any more. She tried applying the VP2 code and then was confused when it wouldn't let me add dining. Most of my time was spent waiting to see why she couldn't apply the code if I wanted dining.

shes telling me a discount of $40!

this is for april 12-18 at AoA family suite. she says the discounts only for dates up to april 13

I know Coronado Springs was 30%

Monorail resorts were 5%
Wilderness is 20%

Called this morning, only a few minutes on hold. I was on my cell phone and none of the voice menu stuff was working so I just pressed 0 and it said it would transfer me to an agent. I didn't totally hear what she said when she picked up but it sounded like "special operations" or something. So maybe pressing 0 got me through to a less busy department? Don't know, but I was pleasantly surprised. And dropped our package price from $6700 to $5500 :-)

I received that message the first time and immediately called back and my call was answered within 3 or 4 minutes.
