2013 Resident Winter Ticket Promotion (Updated Post #1) - The DIS Discussion Forums

There is a Florida Resident Discover Disney pass effective Saturday, January 5, 2013. It will have an expiration on June 7 even if entitlements remain.

3-Day is $119 plus tax
4-Day is $129 plus tax

Upgrade to either hopping or WPF&M is $28.50 plus tax
Upgrade price to both hopping and WPF&M is $57.00 plus tax.

You can upgrade the 3-Day to a 4-Day. You cannot add days beyond 4 and you cannot add No Expire. If you upgrade to any level of AP you only get credit for the ticket price; it will not be bridged to a regular MYW ticket.

The tickets will be blocked out in all Parks Saturday March 23 through Friday April 5, 2013.

Can I take a standard unused non-hopper non-Florida Resident ticket and upgrade to these? I'm going in February with my goddaughter and I need more days and hopping for her. We are both Florida residents.

Yes. But it would have to be from a one day ticket, as any other would cost more. All other upgrade rules would apply.

The 2 day is $176. If the PH + WPM options are the standard $57.50 then the 3 day would be $176.50 if my math is right. Wouldn't that work?

that is awesome, personally we don't need hopper, this would save a little more then if we went with the military option..hoping it is confirmed!!

So excited about this! I am running the marathon again this year and my parents need passes. We have held off buying any hoping for this deal to happen again. Does anyone know if AAA will be selling these particular passes?

I just went to AAA and can confirm this deal. It is $119.99 for 3 days and $129.99 for 4 days (AAA saves you $3) and the deal starts this Saturday and goes through the first weekend in June. I could not buy the passes yet because they were not authorized to sell them until Monday

Confused - is this pass available through AAA or through Disney? I bought the 3 day pass last year through the Disney store in my local mall. It was $99 for 3 days last year, so it looks like the price has gone up.

Also, is there any official link to this information? I'm not seeing any mention of it on Disney's website.

Disney, I just asked at AAA because that is where I buy my tickets.
