So the photoCD comes free with the photopass+ right?

Also, can I take the photos from the CD and upload to, say, Walgreens to be printed there?

Well, what you're paying for is the CD with all of your PhotoPass pictures on it, so I wouldn't exactly call it getting the CD for free.
