Image rotate and upload test
Just a test to see if I got the steps down to correctly display an image rotated the right way from an iPhone.
Trying to set it up to do a "live" trip report next week. Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards

Seems to be working. For the curious...the iPhone seems to rotate the pictures for some reason...or at least treat them differently by always setting the EXIF data to the correct orientation. Therefore, a photo taken on my iPhone, looks fine when displayed on said phone...and when uploaded, linked to, and viewed via safari on said phone. But NOT when viewed from explorer. So, unless there was some simple steps I'm missing, I had to DL an app to rotate, save, then rotate back, and save. I then FTP/upload to my website, and link from here. (Oh, there's also a step in which I email it to myself to reduce the size). I'm sure there's an easier way...I just haven't found it yet.

If you're not using Safari, this should be sideways:
And this should be upright: Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards
