Boma Transportation To/From - The DIS Discussion Forums

We have an upcoming ADR at Boma at 7:50 p.m. We are staying at Beach Club and will likely be leaving from there. What is the best way to get to and from Boma? We may stop at a park after dinner, depending on what time it is and what the crowd level is, and we do not have a car.

My wife and I recently had breakfast at Boma, then wanted to head to AK. We stayed at PC and rented a cab to take us over. The trip only cost $10, and we tipped the driver an extra $5. The concierge at BC will be happy to help you set up a taxi service. Then once you're done, you can take a bus to wherever you like!

There is no resort to resort transportation (generally), so you would need to go to some other intermediate location first, like a park or DTD.

You've got to switch at a park or DTD as there isn't any way to take Disney transportation directly from BC to AKL.

The usual way is to take the bus to Animal Kingdom, then transfer to the AKL bus. Remember AKL bus will drop off at Kidani Village first. You don't want Kidani. You want Jambo House.

AK may be closed by the time you go out there. If it's closed, switch at DHS. You can also switch buses at Blizzard Beach.

Avoid Downtown Disney as a bus hub under all circumstances, unless there is no other transfer option open or you want to visit there.

The best way is taxi. It is quick and not too expensive. There are usually taxis waiting at the Beach Club entrance. If not, just ask the valet to call for one.

After dinner if you're heading to a park, there will be buses from AKL.

We do the BC to BOMA run every year. We always take a taxi out. After dinner we hop a bus to a park (if we want to go back we catch the EPCOT or DS bus (closer to BC).
