Could someone arrange a sale of their membership, say to a close friend or family, for well above what is reasonable, and certainly will pass ROFR, before putting it up for sale; then, per prearranged agreement get a kickback/holdback from the buyer, thus, in fact, selling it way below fair market value? Has anyone done this; is it legal; is it necessary, or can one sell it to someone without the ROFR gamut?

Does it sound like it would be legal?
![]() Disney will agree to waive ROFR if the sale is to some family members.
