CUTENESS OVERLOAD

Mickey came back out and Troy basically ran to him and pushed him over. He was just so excited and you guys should’ve seen his face. It was ADORABLE. And of course me being Miss Future Photopass Photographer, I stood off to the side and captured it all.

It’s blurry, but SO CUTE.


Troy WOULD NOT let go of Mickey. They stood there for what seemed like 5 hours, just hugging away. Troy didn’t care there was a huge line of people behind us. He just wanted to hug Mickey for like the whole day.
And plus he gave him a GIANT kiss on the nose. I was standing there like “STOP THE CUTENESS OMG.”





Troy finally let go of Mickey and I ran up like a five year old and gave him a giant hug.

He liked my mousekears, duh.

After I got my picture with Mickey, Troy wanted to meet some more characters so we got in line for Minnie.

The character areas are themed so well for the holidays.


Right before our turn, I noticed that the handler for Minnie was from a town a half hour away from us. Let’s sing it now! “It’s a small world after all, it’s a small world after all…” And now it will be stuck in your heads for weeks to come! That’s what I’m here for!
AND we had the same Photopass CM when we met Minnie in August, aka the time I didn’t smile. And yes, I smiled the whole time this time around.

Troy headed up first since he couldn’t wait any longer.


And just like with Mickey, Troy gave Minnie the BIGGEST hug and wouldn’t let go.


And gave her a kiss ♥


He also showed Minnie his monkey stuffed animal thingy and she kept playing with it.

Mum and I went up next and grabbed a shot with Minnie.

(Mum got in on that one since she loves Minnie and all. Otherwise, it wouldn’t of happened)

After we met Minnie, Troy said he wanted a hot dog. Like, it was just out of the blue. So we went over to the little shack and Seth got Troy a hotdog. I mean, he just ate a ton of lo mien and a cookie, and now he needed more food. He is so my cousin.

The Pocahontas tree was right by the table we sat at. It was so cute!


LOVED the Meeko ornaments.








I kinda liked taking pictures of them, as you can see…

We took a little break at the table and then I thought of the statues they have in Camp Minnie Mickey, you know, of Daisy, Mickey, etc, etc. I thought Troy would love them so I brought him over to see ‘em.




And oh my good god, HE LOVED THEM. He ran back over to “the other people” plus Mum and he was dragging everyone over to see them. I don’t think I have ran so much in my life from going to the statues and then back to our table like 500000x. Troy just adored them. Then I showed him Daisy, Huey, Louie, and Dewey—say that five times fast—and then we ran to the table, dragged everyone over, saw the statues, and then ran back another 5000000x. Seriously, with the statues and all of the characters, Camp Minnie Mickey was Troy’s favorite place in Disney.


After seeing the statues like 1000000 times, we headed out of Camp Minnie Mickey.

Dino the flying dinosaur and the Yeti (that doesn't work)

When we were leaving Camp Minnie Mickey, Mickey's Jammin, Jingle, Jungle, whatever the crap it's called, Parade was going on, so we stopped to watch the end of it.

I got several pictures but I'll only post some (the good ones that didn't come out blurry).




IT'S MICKEY MOUSE!!!!! I LOVE YOU MICKEY!!!! I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN!!!


After we watched the parade over many peoples heads, we headed to Dinoland USA.


Troy wanted to go on another ride so I brought him over to the stupid version of Dumbo, but with dinosaurs, cause we were in Dinoland USA of course and not, in like, Storybook Circus...

It is called TriceraTop Spin, if you were wondering, but I call it Dino the flying dinosaur. Doesn't sound as good as Dumbo the flying elephant though.

That's one big dino!


The wait time was 20 minutes so we got in line and Seth and Jackie joined us too.

And let me tell you lovely people, if Dino the flying dinosaur is more than a 20 minute wait, do not get in line because you will be wasting your precious time, unless you have a kid who is screaming and crying because he wants to go on another ride and this is your only choice at the moment because that stupid ride that slams you around so muchy--yes I'm lookin at you Primeval Whirl--has a height requirement that is too tall for your child. Seriously, its a two second ride--actually its a minute and 30 seconds. I just looked that up on Wikipedia, but they are always wrong, so who even knows. But they might be right about this for a change--and is not worth standing in line for 20 minutes.

So after the awful 20 minute wait (they should have Fastpass for Dino the flying dinosaur), we got on and I sat with Troy while Seth and Jackie were in the back of us.

Jackie looks all bundled up and cold. It was like 65 out, which is perfect to moi. Wimp.

And then pretty soon we were off for a minute and 30 seconds of pure awfulness.


Troy liked it though.


And then the ride ended. It felt like we just got on... oh wait. We did.

I got Troy out of our Dino and he started yelling I WANT TO GO AGAIN! Ummm...NO. I was not waiting another 20 minutes to ride Dino the flying dinosaur again. That one ride was enough, even though it was a minute and thirty seconds long. Seth and Jackie thankfully said no.

I looked at my smashed up iTouch and it was time to go on Everest. So we met back up with Mum and Mimi and pretty much left Troy with Mimi so us four could go on EE. And we left him screaming and crying because he didn't want Seth and Jackie to leave. I dont understand that at all...

So we all headed down to the mountainous beast: EXPEDITION EVEREST (Stacey? Anyone? ANYONE?!).




We got in the FP line of course since we (well Mum and I) aren't Stupid Guests and wouldn't wait an hour. The stand-by line is for losers who dont know anything about Disney.

Seriously, we walked right on. Jackie was freaking out. We didn't care and basically pushed her on the train. She would live.

Like usual, the ride was amazing. And the Yeti wasnt working, but y'all should've expected that.

And if you have never done this before, PUT YOUR FEET UP WHEN YOU ARE GOING BACKWARDS. It is so awesome and it feels like you are going upside down. LOVE.

After the ride was done, Jackie said she hated it. Seth said he loved it.

AND OMG SPEAKING OF REDNECKS (since its our redneck ride photo), HONEY BOO BOO STARTS ON SUNDAY. I am so excited. Like, freaking out. Ya'll better watch it. On Monday, I expect a whole report on here from each and everyone one of my readers (the ones who comment and THOSE LURKERS WHO NEVER COMMENT ABOUT HOW AMAZING I AM AND HOW THEY FEEL BAD FOR ME BECAUSE I HAD TO GO ON THIS TRIP) about the episode and your thoughts on it. That is your assignment, OK?! Awesome. Now back to your regularly scheduled program.

We looked in the dump shop for a few minutes and I noticed my camera was dead. OMG THIS CAN'T HAPPEN IN DISNEY. But then I saw the batteries by the cash register so it was all good.

Seth and Jackie also bought our redneck ride photo (as a digital download) for some reason and a little stuffed yeti for Troy that I secretly wanted and I was thinking about a plan to steal it, but I'm not that mean.

Jackie also tried on this awesome yeti hat.

We headed back to Dinoland and met up with Mimi and Troy and they were meeting Pluto and Goofy.

So we stood behind the rope and watched them.

A lovely Christmas tree and a dino butt. My two favorite things.

After Troy met Dippy Dawg, and well, Pluto, we headed into some store in the land of dinos and Seth bought Troy a monorail, which was a Christmas present that I was secretly jealous of.
I told him he could just send it back to their hotel and he was like "for an additional fee?" My friend, take advantage of the free things at Disney. So that's what he did!

We wanted to go see Nemo, which was beginning in like a half hour (foreshadowing...) so we headed over there and out of Dinoland.


And then I started to feel sick. I thought I was going to throw up.

Great. We were in Disney and I was about to puke over the precious grounds of Animal Kingdom.

I thought maybe I was hungry or something so I got a pineapple bar and a sprite from the closest ice cream stand and sat down on a curb and just chilled...but I couldn.t do that with Jackie saying "c'mon, lets go in! You're fine!" I was about to punch that woman in the face. I just wanted to sit down for a minute and eat my popsicle and have a sip of my soda WITHOUT YOU SAYING ALL OF THIS STUFF.

I ate my pineapple bar as quick as I could so Jackie would just shut her mouth hole. I brought my Sprite in and had a few sips.

We sat towards the front of the theater and I was turned out to be ok. I think hunger + EE = not a good combo.

Seth also gave me some of these goldfish things he bought in the shop in the land of dinos, except they were Mickey shaped and TASTED AMAZING. They were so delicious and I could have eaten the whole container of them. If you are looking for them at the parks, they have Chip & Dale on the front and say AWESOMENESS AND YUMMINESS INSIDE. Really, they do.

It was 6 by this time, and the show was going to start any minute...and then they made an announcement.

"THE SHOW WILL BE DELAYED."

The character spots looked like so much fun! I wish I took time to see the trees now! I was gong to wait to see Minnie in her Christmas outfit when I was in AK last week, but decided I rather spend my time eating one of those huge white chocolate elephant cupcakes instead! Great Update!

They were! The decorations at them were awesome.
The trees are fantastic. When you go back, make sure you do get to see them!
