2013 Solo traveling Princesses - The DIS Discussion Forums

Since there seems to be a lot of us Princesses traveling solo, I thought I would start a thread so we could keep up with each other, plan to meet and make plans to eat together. I'll keep a list of where we are all staying. Just post and I'll update it here. Let me know if you want to put your real name or your username.

Hi Colleen well I'm not traveling alone however I am running it alone 😒 would love to meet up with other princesses as well. We're staying at BLT arriving early Saturday for the expo and leaving Tuesday

I'll add a list of solo runners. When we find out our corrals I will list them with your name so we can meet in the corrals or coordinate to run together.

I too coaxed my dh to travel with me... but will be running alone. He will hopefully...maybe show up to watch me cross the finish line, but he will definitely not be going to the corrals with me.

I appreciate the solo runner list!!! Knowing who else might be in my corral and who might want to hang out in that corral would be great!

Running and staying solo. But I added the race retreat also. Staying at the POP (unless I can ever get a good rate for AoA).

Would love to do a meal, especialy dinner. May be we could list of what day and where we want to eat and see if we can get an ADR. I have a table for 2 at Via Napoli at 6 pm on Saturday, if anyone would like to join me for some carb loading the night before.

I'm not going solo, my friend is going with me but when I signed up, I thought I was doing this solo. so I got the race retreat, my friend did not sign up before it was sold out. So I will be at the race retreat alone and who knows if I'll find her or if we'll be in the same corral. I'm staying at Pop if anyone is there and wants to meet up to head to the race retreat together, I'd be up for that!

Also, we have reservations at Via Napoli at 7 so maybe we'll see some of you!

First half marathon for me and also running solo (traveling with DH but he's on the sidelines

)
Staying at Coco Key (off property).
No race retreat for me either or any of the extras.

Would love to hook up with others from here too once we find out corrals!
