If you get the Final Race Instructions, your Waver and the Race Program you should have your bases covered. The Official email linked to the main princess 1/2 page, after the webpage had been updated with the final instructions, wavers and program. Direct links are below.

The biggest change is that the expo is at Coronado Springs Resort/Convention Center. Guests who are not staying at Coronado Springs may not drive directly to the expo. Off Property participants must catch a bus from Downtown Disney to Coronado Springs. On property guests must ride Event Transportation Buses from their resort to Coronado Springs. Drop-offs are not permitted.

I can imagine many people driving to ESPN Wide World of Sports, then to Coronado Springs Resort only to be turned away from both. When road rage hits you will be safer in a big Mears Bus.

Are the regular park buses going to be running to CS? We were planning to spend part of Friday at AK then grab the bus to CS, then another bus to Epcot for the Pasta in the Park Party.

We should do a birthday picture.

I wouldn't know since they still can't seem to be able to get any emails to me...which is just another problem that seems to happen more and more. I don't know if by adding new races and increasing the size of the current ones has caused all these issues or what (maybe a case of biting off more than you can chew?)....but it's disappointing that there are so many snafus, yet the races cost us more and more each year. Sure, most of them are really small things individually, but together they pile up and diminish the experience as a whole, in my opinion...from registration day to the starting fireworks. I hope they can get it all sorted out and properly organized before they decide to take on any more.

Don't quote me, but I believe the park buses go to the CSR as usual. Maybe someone else can chime in. I agree about the BD pic, great idea!

My bf got it so I'm covered...thanks though! It just bums me out that I never get them anymore. I did for my first couple of races, but then it stopped...same email address so who knows? It seems to be a pretty widespread issue though from what I've read here and elsewhere.

At the area in Epcot parking lot where there are baggage check tents and some entertainment and the area where we are before the "walk" to corral/area we come to after the finish line and walk past medals and food; there are tents with letters on them. So you can meet up with other. "W" is for Wish. You could meet your family at tent "A'. Most use there last name as to what tent to meet up at.

Most now carry cell phones, but for those that don't ....like me...it makes it easier to find a friend or family member.

2 weeks!


I am feeling some improvement in my ankle/foot so hopefully the decision to rest is a good one, I did an hour of strength and conditioning today which included 90 second walks on the treadmill @ 4mph. Total was 1.5 miles. Ankle started to hurt at about 1.25 miles... Ice and Alleve seemed to dot the trick.
