Anyone have any experience with Allegiant Air?
I am interested in any opinions, good or bad. I know they fly into Sanford no Orlando.

I have used them twice coming out of of newport news. I have not had anyproblem with them. I even had to change me flight twice back in april and had no problem other than having to call their Las Vegas area code since they dont have a 800 numbers and the wait time ( I did purchase trip insurance ahead of time). They do charge you for everything..carry one bags, check bags.. you do not get free snacks/drinks while on board..you must purchase those too.. Sanford is a nice little airport..Easy to get to I-4... Parking is a little expensive though...but it has a a couple of shops, food shops and getting through TSA checkpoint is a lot less of a hassle than Orlando... I dont know about your area but they fly very limited times out of newport news and they do not fly out everyday so dates have to be flexible.

My brother and his family flew to Orlando on Allegient a couple of weeks of ago. He was very happy with the experience. There were no issues. They always rent a car and stay off site, so flying into Sanford was not a big deal. He said they would fly with them again.
