Things do happen.
Several years ago, I sent a priority box to DS.......from WA to CA. No show a week later, had PO check on it and it was on the east coast  Hope your package gets to where it is going, Jo. One of our international ones in the recipe exchange got held up in customs for a couple weeks too...........it finally broke through and made its way to its destination. Hope you get it settled, Bobbi. Have a safe and fun trip to Cape May.

I have 2 opinions We had tried usual things to keep them away, including something like coyote urine, it is sold in hardware stores by us

I spoke to Margot, and they are resending a package. Neither of the items that I ordered are available, but they are substituting. Address is checked and correct, I hope this goes through!

The package finally arrived and it is lovely, with a great selection of teas and a beautiful, thermos-type china mug that I will enjoy using! Again, thank you so much, Bobbi!
 I sent Bobbi a long and rambling PM today, explaining that I didn’t realize this second ‘check-in’ thread was here. I can only say that I am obviously an oblivious newbie and the biggest contributing factor was that I was overworked during the month of December! I definitely missed all the fun here and could have allayed some fears…we find that our customs can be extremely slow at times and especially in the build-up to the holiday season. I wasn’t worried that it would eventually arrive as, unfortunately, this is what we are quite used to. I hope everyone has enjoyed the holidays and took time to recharge. I really enjoyed a few days off at Christmas and am excited for our trip to WDW from January 2-8. I’m looking forward to leaving my work blackberry on my kitchen counter and being unreachable while away! I just want to say that I would join in on another one of these exchanges another time as it was a lot of fun and a great way to connect with my DISfriends. Lastly, I wish you “All the Best” and a very, very “Happy New Year”!
