I use a concoction from William Sonoma. This is the first time just doing a breast so hopefully it won't dry out. You also have a great day.

I butter the heck out of it and spread Lipton Onion soup mix all over it, i could care less about the turkey I want the skin

My mom loves the skin as well. She makes sure it is really crispy and usually has that for dinner. I am completely opposite. I never liked the skin. Even fried chicken, I usually peel most of it off to eat the meat. Have a great day tomorrow.

I am treating the family to a new appetizer we invented. It is a corn bread, cream cheese and lobster app (And of course there is bacon involved). I'll try to send the recipe later. The lobster was crawling around on the bottom of the ocean earlier this morning. Can't get much fresher than that.
