What drink in the food court at Pop Century
Having problems with soda/pop products causing swelling in my feet and ankles, ( I do drink way to much soda). What can I fill my mug from package with that is low or no sodium? Thanks.

There are a few iced teas(including unsweetned), powerade and a light lemonade. Everything else is soda. There's always water, too!

And Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate ( not sure of the sodium content, if any, of the Hot Chocolate but you can ask, they have that info available)

I think the Powerade would be out because it would have a high sodium content I believe.

Thanks everyone. I know I could drink water, but it is vacation, a refillable mug, and I just want a treat. Does Coke have any sodium free sodas?
