If I give a bigger crop it will probably give it away. Once upon a Toy is the spot. Now think about what's in front of the store.

All I can think of around Once Upon a Toy is Mr. Potato Head, Buzz and Tonka trucks! Is the merry-go-round close? Could it be from there? I still think it looks like butterfly wings!
