Sorry I missed your questions, have missed a couple I think. It is not on the streets of America but it is fairly close to this area I believe (trying to remember from our trip). It is not on one of those buildings though.

Not much to Muppet land as I remember. If it's outside and not the fountain, there is only the building where the movie is and the shop. Diane is probably right but, if not, is it the shop or the movie building?

It is indeed part of entrance of the shop and the clock as well!
