Tips for the interview? Phone and Web
Hello all, I was just wondering if any previous CPer's had some tips for the interview process?

Others will chime in with personal testimonials, but start with reading applicable articles on their official blog:

With the web interview answer either strongly agree or strongly disagree. Neutral answers don't really count for anything. Also, watch for the same question worded differently like "I am always on time" vs "I am never late". make sure you answer truthfully and consistently.
As for the phone interview, smile while you speak. I really swear to the notion that it makes you sound much friendlier when you do. Look at the threads that address what types of questions you might be asked and practice answering them with a friend or by yourself. When the call finally comes make sure you are in a quiet place by yourself. The last thing you want is to get distracted during the interview. Do research on the roles that you are aiming for so that way you don't sound clueless when you're asked about them. I failed to do this and I completely botched a question about concierge. Luckily I got my first choice of merchandising instead.
