Is there a better time to buy dvc points? I know were in tough economic times but is any time better than another? Besides the obvious NOW!

In the sense of lower asking prices for propertys for other variables that would effect the property costs

Prior to year end I would think the available contracts will increase due to owners not wanting to pay dues for next year.

At the end of the first qtr I would also think that resales will increase as owners try to sell before defaulting to Disney.

I think prices go down a little when disney announces their annual dues increases. I forget when that is though
