Its the ship.."Albatross" on the lake side of the Beach Club...and besides the ship's pool....the "tube" out of the right side of the pic is a "slide", across the below street into Stormalong Bay.

Here's a shot of the "slide tube & street below...

That was my first thought but the buildings in the background didn't look like Y&B...at least to me..
