Apartments near Disney
Hey everyone! I want to move to a one bedroom apartment after my program is over and I want some good suggestions of places that are close and reasonable priced, a little help please?

Here's a few to check out:
Legends at Championsgate Cagan Crossings Victoria Park Broadwater Vinings at Westwood I'd stay away from Sabal Palm and Legacy Dunes. Alexandria/Parc Vue are very nice, but insanely expensive (at least the last time I looked at apartments ... 6 years ago, so it may have changed)

I can vouch for Cagan Crossings. We've been here for 5 months and really love it! There are four sifferent neighborhoods within the complex so you can get rent for as cheap as $500/mo to over $1,000/mo depending on your budget

I was looking at Cagan but I was wondering about the laundry. I really would prefer to have a unit with my own machines. However that is almost 150.00 more per month. Have you had any experience with the community laundry rooms?

That's funny. My husband is the one that kept track of all of the lease info but we live in The Glen and have own machines. I'm pretty sure we aren't being charge extra...otherwise, I know my husband would probably not have agreed to it.

[The people at Legacy Dunes do not rent out their apartments, they are technically like vacation condos so they really have no control on how the inside of the apartments look]. The people I'm renting from kept the place like new, and the rent is amazing compared to Parc Vue. I was paying 975 at Parc Vue for a two bedroom, now paying 650 for a one bedroom at Legacy Dunes. Parc Vue was going to raise the rent to 1075 for the two bedroom, which is crazy since like I said other than the location its nothing to go crazy over. I have also lived at Village at Towncenter in Davenport. Loved the apartment and the location, about 15 minutes to work. I would also recommend looking there.

It is a lifesaver, I never realized how big of a deal it was until I had to go to the community laundry facilities for a year and that is just a pain.
