Pop Century opened December 14, 2003. The rooms were renovated in 2010.

Unfortunately it's always been like that. It's been stated on here many, many times, but if you close the bathroom door it greatly reduces the noises you hear from the other rooms flushing the toilet/running water/showering.

I'll be home in just 4 days and we're calling Pop home for 10 days wooohooo

I have a question - we will be checking into POP next wekk around 1130 A.M. IF our room is not ready will we not be able to get our park tickets? We booked a package so I believe the tickets are stored on the room key but if our room keys aren't ready yet how do we get our tickets to go to a park while we wait?? Thanks for the help!

You should be fine. we checked in on our last trip(2010) at 8:30 am, our room wasnt ready, but was given a text when it was....they stored our luggage, gave us our room keys(park passes and chrging priv.) and we were off to the parks. we drive down, so usually are in the area the night before we check into Disney. Will be the same way this year-we will do the online check in so all will be ready to go when we get there......

Once on the bus, my estimates are:
Hollywood Studios 5-7 minutes
Epcot 7-10 minutes
Animal Kingdom 10-15 minutes
Magic Kingdom 15-20 minutes
DTD 10-15 minutes
Typhoon Lagoon 10-12 minutes
Blizzard Beach 10-12 minutes

I am ready to book our next trip! We went in May 2011, and are planning on going May 2013.

We had free dinning in may of 2011. I haven't seen that offered yet though for 2013. So not counting on it.

I plan on keeping this trip a surprise from my boys (ages 6 and 3) but I'm not sure my big mouth can keep it a secret! LOL

don't give up hope yet on FD for May. For this May i don't believe the promo was released until early in 2012.

BTW .. I have a big mouth too and know I could never keep that secret ! :laughing;
