I'm sure he'd like that too. Anything with pancakes and eggs would be right up his alley.

I'm still waiting for DH to get off work as he worked a double shift on Monday and today. Then the party starts and we don't have to work for 3 weeks!!!

Thank you PiO. I took your tips and read from books about taking fireworks trail pictures. The only problem I had with the pictures is that when I used the 35mm lens with the Neutral Density filter I was too close to the castle and didn't get most of the castle with the fireworks as you can tell from the pictures. If I did moved back, I would be able to get no heads in my pictures. But overall the pictures turned out great. I set the f-stop at f/16 and had the Iso at 200. The time was at 3 seconds which was not that bad. I thought about extending the time but I just wanted to try it at 3-5 seconds during the fireworks.

Starting to pack...it's looking like we'll need to take 3 checked bags, which will add $89 more to our baggage fees. Now we'll be up to $247 in baggage fees for this trip.

I need to take packing lessons from PIO. Between clothes, wetsuit, snorkeling equipment, walking sticks, backpack, rolling cooler and multiple shoes we wouldn't have any room to bring anything back.

I'm sure glad we can fly business/1st class for free, we've not had to worry about baggage fees since they started them. We are going to have a whole suitcase full of FEE gifts. If we do.thus again I will have to economize!

Zen Buffet is an Asian buffet which has Chinese, and Japanese possibly other Asian influences, but mostly the two. For Thanksgiving they also added turkey, sweet potatoes and jacked up the price. Normally we go there and have some decent but low grade sushi, crab legs, and other Asian delights. I ate my normal except there was no raw tuna. Fran did enjoy the turkey and sweet potato casserole.

well all you have yo do us spend s much.money as Fran does on the credit cards and essentially its free
