If you don't mind, can you post information on your military room discount for 2013:

1. Resort
2. Room type(s)
3. Dates of your stay
4. Approximate date you booked with the military discount

Thank you!! Just trying to instill some hope that I will ever get a miltary discount on a 1 or 2 bedroom villa at BLT. Several CMs have told me they're not excluded, just not available right now. Boo.

Yacht Club - Standard View Club Level
4/18/13 - 4/28/13
Initially booked on 7/31/12 but have made lots of resort changes, per usual!! My last change (to Yacht Club) was on 1/1/13

I also tried to book a LM room at AoA for the same time period, none were available. cM said that she didn't think they were exclude, but we couldn't find a period where one was available with the discount so I don't know.

Since I started this thread, I guess I should post my own (partial) success:

1. BLT
2. Studio
3. 4/28-5/5
4. 8/20/12

Still hoping to add the military discount to the 1 bedroom villa we also need for the same dates, or better yet, change the entire reservation to a 2 bedroom villa with military discount (wishful thinking, but pixie dust might fall...). Fun time either way! Keeping fingers crossed.

I heard from my husband that the AKL rooms are sold out....I didn't know that Disney only offered a handful of rooms. We will try again next year....maybe SWW...I'll start planting hints now...hehe

I knew we got really lucky to get this, but i didn't know we were that lucky...The phone operator even told me it wouldn't be available until the DVCers had their first shot. We have 5 adults and 2 kids so we were limited in places that fit us all.

Go to the official Disney web site. Enter the word specials. Scroll down and on the left it list military discounts. I'm pretty sure they had room only and pass discounts listed now for 2013 for military.

Called last week to book Military rate at Moderate for 2/8-2/11.
POFQ only had military discount available with a King bed.
POR only had Royal Rooms available
Plenty of rooms available at Coronado in most categories.

It is just a bummer that the room I want is not available with the discount (only a limited number of rooms for this offer).

2. Woods View, though at the time I booked they had every type avaliable. Still considering upgrading to WV Bunk

4. Orginally booked AOA Lion King, then AOA Cars, then AKL Standard, then AKL PV, and now WL WV. Haha, don't ask. I can't make up my mind! I booked AOA the first day the discount came out and changed every few weeks it seems. I finally book WL mid September.
