Divas Halloween Exchange ~ Sent/Received thread - COMPLETED!!
 **This is an exchange for past and present members of the DIS Girls Only Disneyland trips.**When witches go riding, and black cats are seen, The moon laughs and whispers, ‘tis near Halloween.  It's time once again for the DIS Divas' Annual Halloween exchange! Some of you are familiar with these exchanges already. If you have done the exchanges before, feel free to skip to the "Important Information" and "Sign-up Info". If you have not, please take a moment to read the info below. Thanks. For each exchange there is a minimum dollar amount that you must spend, which does not include shipping, or any little "extras" that you may wish to include. Once sign ups are complete, each Diva who signed up will receive the name of a person to exchange with. You will not be sending to the same person you receive from. Then the fun begins! Simply go shopping for Halloween items and treats, send them out by the mail by date, and then wait for your package to arrive. Each exchange takes approximately a month to complete from start (sign ups) to finish (all packages accounted for). If you will be on vacation during the shipping and receiving times, please make arrangements for someone else to mail your package and/or to receive yours. Remember to post on this thread when you've shipped your package out. Also, post when you get your package, who sent it, and if possible, post a photo.  *Important Information - Everyone please read* Sign-ups will run now through the morning of September 12th. Names will go out in private messages later that day. Mail-by date is October 1st. (That gives you two and a half weeks to shop, and send your package! Plenty of time, in case you want to order something online to be sent to your person.) Minimum dollar amount is $20 before shipping, and that does NOT include any extras or freebies should you choose to include them. I strongly suggest getting delivery confirmation when mailing your package. It doesn't cost that much more and it allows you to track your package. This exchange will be for adults and children, so feel free to sign up your kids/teens, grandkids, nieces/nephews, etc.  *Sign-up Information* IF you are interested in joining, please PM me with the following information either here or on Facebook: SIGN-UPS FOR THIS EXCHANGE ARE NOW CLOSED! THANK-YOU!! Name ~ DIS Name ~ Address ~ (please double check this, as I will copy and paste it as it's is sent to me) Are you able to be an "Elf" if needed? Yes or No (this is in the event that someone who signed up is unable to send out their package. I would then ask an "Elf" to step up and send out another package so no one is left out) Are you able to ship to Canada? Yes or No Do you prefer a scary or cutesy Halloween? What are some of your favorite Halloween snacks/candies? What are some Halloween items you are able to use? (For example: Scrap booking items, things to decorate with, baking items, etc) Any allergies, food or otherwise? Any hobbies or items you collect? T-shirt size? Is there anything that you really prefer not to receive? Is there anything you'd really love to get? (Keep in mind the final exchange selections are left up to your sender) If you will be signing up a child, I will also need this info for them in addition to the info above: Child's name ~ Parent's name ~ Child's age and gender ~ Favorite character, Disney or otherwise ~  *Feel free to include any additional information you think would be helpful to your person when they shop for you. Hmm? Trying to decide what to do? I'm thinking about just doing the toddlers this time around? But will the 6 and 8 year old's feel left out? That would be 4 grandchildren to exchange with. YOuza!!!
 Beth, do you think you will get 4 children to sign up?

I was going to say, I signed up my 2 girls and if Mel has an extra kid I'll take it.
In other words I'll do an extra child if necessary, I love shopping for kids at Halloween, especially little kids! I'm all signed up too, so excited!!!!
