Just checking in to let you know I'm reading but I have a lot of catching up to do!!
I feel your pain about your name. My name is Patricia, but no one calls me that. Everyone calls me Tricia...always have. The reason is that I like the name Patricia, but I HATE being called "Patty"! I used to joke with people that they got one warning and then I would slug them!

I wouldn't want to be called Patty either...it reminds me of Peppermint Patty's....not what you'd name your child after...

Why, yes! There was a tweak....but first...I digress....

I forgot to mention that my talks for my raise went pretty well! I didn't get as much as I had asked for...yet...but got part of it now, and promised part of it in my upcoming April 2013 raise!!! And best of all, they also decided that my immediate raise would be retroactive to April 1st of this year, so I've got a good chunk of back pay coming to me!!!!

I am happy I spoke up, and happy that my company values me as much as I value me...

So, I didn't book CL yet...and I think that decision won't likely come until closer to the trip time...DH is pushing for it again, so we shall see. If I do it, I am not going to tell him and let it be a surprise!

However, my persistant stalking of the CRO has paid off and I was able to secure a YC GV room under our military discount!!!!

This was my original booking for this trip under AAA, but the GV room had not been available under the military discount until I called a couple of days ago and it was there!!!!! So, I am verrrrrry excited about that. If we were going to book CL, it was going to be at YC anyways, so at least we are in the right building now.

I have also revised our ADR's as well. Remember, we are trying to keep ADR's to a minimum, so now we are down to 4!

Cape May Cafe
Shula's (just for DH and I - date night)
Cinderella's Royal Table (breakfast)
Be Our Guest!!!

I am thinking maybe we should have at least ONE more ADR - I feel so naked!

Any suggestions??? We also plan on eating at ESPN and Beaches and Cream at some point.

Beaches & Cream is a must do for us in August! Although DH is less than convinced we won't end up at GF

Hello Happy Disers!!

I hope I still have some readers....

We had a very successful, wonderful Christmas! My girls wanted American Girl dolls most of all, and they got them

My youngest also got this little beauty



She had seen it on our trip in July and we did not get it because the box is huge and we could not fit it in our suitcases...but Mickey and Minnie remembered and hooked her up!

So, now that Christmas is over, I am 100% focused on Disney planning. My oldest DD did not want to know where we were staying...she wanted it to be a surprise...I know it's because she was secretly hoping I'd surprise her with WL

Well, as I am still off from work for the holidays, I was emailing DH while he was at work, and we were discussing Disney...and the Yacht Club. Out of nowhere, he said "if I were planning the trip, we'd be staying WL, 7th floor (CL)

That sealed the deal....my whole family really wants to go back to WL CL...I can't say enough about how magical a time we had...so I made the switch today to WL CL!!!!

The whole family is ecstatic now! gotta keep everyone happy!

I have also switched up some ADR's....our date night will now be at Narcoossee's instead of Shula's and we will do Le Cellier (because its our fave, and a trip to Disney would feel weird without it!

Now I'm working on our daily itinerary! So excited!!!

Nope, I think I'm sticking with this. I'm paying in full tomorrow, and that will make me all warm and fuzzy inside.

I've got my spreadsheets finalized and I my binder is ready to go!

I am going to switch my focus to shopping for the trip now...bathing suits, sunglasses, etc...
