Bumping up!!
I was thinking for Nov 9 for the sign ups and the 16 to get names and then till the 23rd to send out...I know that is right around Thanksgiving...but I think it could be done...what do you all think? Exceptions can be made (ie getting your name early, etc.) if you are going to be out during the send by time...always willing to work with people...  So...are we still in?? Or should it be moved? We could do it late September... I am so glad for the nice response to this...It seems like a GREAT EXCHANGE!!

I will probably be out of town on the 23rd, but I don't see any reason why I can send it from where I am. Just visiting family like we do every year. It's casual.

I've never done an exchange, but I am a tea drinker. Does it mean that everyone mails out tea or whatever beverage to a list of people? Or is it like a telephone chain?
