Just have giraffe left for AK. I'm unsure what direction to go in, so would appreciate some ideas if anyone has any? TIA

Kermit is way too cute! I'm stuck on what to do for splash mountain and its tough to be a bug. I got some popped up bug stickers, but I don't love them and they don't make me think of the show. I should have just left them at the store because I knew I wouldn't end up using them.

I really want to get these outta the house so I can start on Epcot swap and the MK page swap but I swore I wouldn't start those until these were finished. I keep procrastinating. Someone give me a push.

I was thinking goggles too.

Like the idea of the tail. I have about a billion good giraffe (if I do say so myself) photos (M's favorite) so I thought about using one somehow. Oh, and M suggested grass along the bottom.

I found an SVG of the AK sign and it was too small to cut, so I used the outline to cut and then put back all the inside pieces and "cut" with the pen inserted. I'm soooooooo glad I bought them!

Sure, I think a Minnie with some red/white polka dot maybe would be a great substitution. We do already have a traditional Mickey on the MK board like you said. Go for it!

Danielle, For Splash Mountain...how about printing this and cutting out a portion to go onto a blue water mickey head.

For Tough to be a bug...I like the 3-d glasses idea--pop dotted. Maybe the Mickey head could be leaves (punched or die cut) with some Flik Sticker(s).

Just ideas...no pressure. Only trying to help!

Okay, I've thought about the giraffe. Found some SVGs online and have it narrowed down to these two.



So? More realistic or cutesy? For the one on the left for the background I was thinking I'd use the giraffe paper (the one from Jo's that we all have), but I don't think it matches the top layer, which would be a mustard yellow - probably the same yellow I used for Pooh). For the one on the right for the background I'd use a brown. I'm leaning toward realistic, but am worried about the paper matching.
