It is on the outside of a shop. I saw it last week on my way to a restroom.

Well, it is on Main St. But not near the Carnation Cafe.

No, not that restroom. I think there are only 2 more restrooms on Main St. (at the other end by Town Square) so it should be easy now!

No, it's on the wall of the Opera House as you enter Town Square from the right side of the train station. There is an ATM machine and restrooms just to the right of this picture.
