About the statement "only trust the shovels". Because sometimes even the shovels lie.

I say...only trust vertical construction. Only the Pop Century breaks that rule...and they DID eventually finish it (as AOA), so even that "break" is on a technicality.

Balloon tests, shovels, heavy equipment...all that stuff lies, too (with varying frequency).

if you want to get down to the stone cold truth...then that's it.

"site prep" is very deceiving in florida...as the wetlands characteristics require alot of water management/ survey that is almost always falsely reported as prep for a new park, hotel, or magical golden palace where everyone eats all the gumdrops they want for free.
