If you are coming from out of town and taking public transportation, the closest subway stop is on 50th and 8th Avenue, which is the C/E. You can also get off at Times Square on the A/C/E or 1/2/3 train, and it’s a short walk, or you can take almost any MTA bus going up 8th Avenue.

Thanks for the subway instructions. We are taking the 5:50 train from CT into GCT and will take the subway from there. At least I don't have to try to read the map now!

If you are coming in from out of town this morning, be advised that midtown is a MESS. There was a mass shooting outside the Empire State Building just after 9am.

I believe so. We're planning on being there about 8:15 or so, assuming nothing starts on time in midtown.
