What a fun evening with lots of great DISmeets! We had planned on going over to see YeeHaw Bob when we stayed at POFQ but it just never fit into the plans. Someday....

I love your pictures of the new fantasyland. It definitely did not look like that when I was there in May. I am so excited to be taking my friends 2 year old in a couple of weeks. Joe and I are really looking forward to starting our own family.... hopefully very soon There might be a possibility that I am going to be in Nashville in the next 6 months. If so, hopefully we can meet up.

That's a big decision. When I have decisions to make, I write down the pros and cons......

then straddle the fence until something or someone pushes me to one side or the other.

Yeah, we had a lot of kids in the group, so we went early and left early. It was a fun place to have a DIS meet, if you ever plan one.

We had it on our list 2-3 times before we actually got over there. Seems like that is how we do things these days - make a good list and then knock out about 1/4 to 1/2 of it.

I threw coins in the Wilderness Lodge fountain this trip. Three of them were earmarked for specific requests, and one was for everyone else who needed or wanted something - babies, jobs, etc. We shall see if the coins and wishes worked.

I took a short break from the liveliness of the area to sneak off for some window shopping. This would be my only stop at POR for the trip, so I needed to spend some time in the gift shop.

After a little more Bob time back at The River Roost, Marc and Anita were kind enough to take us back to Pop so that we would not have to transfer by bus. So, that was the end of June 27th.

First off, there couldn't have been a better way to start our fall trip than to have you all waiting for us! Thanks again for taking the time to hang out at the Contempo Cafe while we were so slowly making our way there!

Yeehaw Bob was a hoot! I can see why he's so skinny! He is a ball of energy. That was fun and had been on our to-do list as well. My favorite part of his show when when he got to playing and the piano took off as well. Haha!!

I think Bella would be right down in the front now. Her shyness has worn off!

I hope you have settled back into school, thanks for the updates on FB and on here, I love my Disney minutes.

I love POR, thanks for the pictures. Bob has been a longtime memory for us. My dad really likes his show, I remember way back watching him with him. Maybe we can get there in June with my parents. I would love a stay there again, and we could as a party of five work there. It is still one of my favorite places to stay in Walt Disney World.

I just packed an extra empty duffle bag in the bottom of my suitcase so I can bring home those cushions! The trouble will be deciding which ones I want! We had a long discussion about whether or not we could stay out on the town so late waiting for the likes of you two. As you saw, Brooklynn was the only one who copped out on you.

Bob can wear me out just watching him!

Yep, settled back in to real life until March. Then I get to escape again.

I want to stay at POR, too. I really wanted to book it for March, but since I'm trying to be extremely frugal so that we can go in December, and since I am adding Beach Club to my 'Stayed At' list, I just booked our Pop home again for the last three nights.

Even when I can get away with one suitcase, I pack two and use one for food. The food gets eaten, or at least some of it does, making way for souvenirs. The last several trips, though, I have not bought much at all. This time I bought a Rainforest Animals book, a small bag of plastic rainforest animals, and four pins.

Sorry, I don't remember the price of the pillows, but I bet you could post on FB to Brook or others who are down there now.

Just got caught up! School has been crazy lately.
Sounds like the October trip was magical. So jealous you got to see the new FL the day it opened. I am so excited to see it one month from tomorrow.
Bob has been on my list for a while now. I think I'll have a no park night during Spring Break, so it would work out then. Spring Break is just in the pre-planning stage. I need to go tour colleges and they're by Orlando, so we'll either do a few days at Disney, the Disney WPs, or Universal.

I want to say the pillow is $22. My sister bought one in August and it was around $18 with the 20% discount. The pillow has since become mine.

It's been quite awhile since I've checked in, so I need to catch back up. In the mean time I've been (stalkerishly ) reading all your old reports. I feel like I know your family and I got to watch Brooklynn and Bella grow up in a couple months' time. I just wanted to say that you all seem like the best people and it's been so nice getting to know you (again, stalkerishly) and living vicariously through your adventures until our next trip after Christmas. Looking forward to reading more!
