Thanks everyone. It was my Daddy's brother and he lost his battle with cancer, he has been fighting it for 6 years and it was just too much this time. He never had a day of remission, just fighting the whole time, and I think he was just too tired to go on.

Any prayers you can send for his family and my Dad are greatly appreciated.

I want to join in but first express my deepest sympathy for the losses and hard times for fellow disers.

I am heading to AKL on 8/5-8/11 after 2 nights at All Stars Music. I had trouble finding a AKL thread but glad to find you all. I am so excited, AKL has been my dream resort. We had not planned to return to WDW this year but got some pixie dust and here we are! thanks everyone for great info.

the only comfort is that he is no longer in pain, but I know that doesn't make it any easier. What a sad day it has been.
