Anxiously awaiting fall promo announcements. If they do Free Dining in Sept or Oct than we are staying at CBR, first time in a moderate. If they don't offer anything as good as FD, than it is the Pop for us. I REALLY want to upgrade to CBR lol!

The Aug/Sept offer is referred to as the "late summer" offer, which is out in March. The "fall" offer is Oct-Dec. which is out by July/Aug.

I was just looking back at the historical dates that FD has been announced. Looks like FD for aug/sept was march 5 for the general public last year. We have never had free dining, my question is when they say general public does that mean anyone? Like we don't need a pin code? I had a pin code for the FD that was offered now until march7, we used the pin for the room discount that was in the same flier in the mail. I know if we get free dining give up the room discount, batik now free dining is a better deal. Anyways, willw e need a new pin code if FD is offered to the general public or is it first come first serve? Thanks!!

When an offer is released to the general public, that means anyone has the opportunity to book, no PIN needed. The rooms will be limited and not every hotel/room category will be included, but if you can call as soon as the deal is released, you have a great chance of getting exactly what you want (provided it is a hotel/room category included in the deal). The offers are always rumored here on this site before they go live, so just by posting here you are already one step ahead. Fingers crossed for everyone.

They have been offered for a few dates in June before and as long as you check in during the promotion it will run for your whole stay. In 2011 I checked in at the end of May and recieved free dinning for my whole trip (2 weeks)

Does anyone know if a pin was sent out last year for free dining in mid August? I see that there was free dining for Visa cardholders and the general public in late August...wondering if anyone got free dining a bit earlier in August 2012.

Yes we missed out on the lastest offer for free dining due to Sandy. I'm hoping that something is offered in the near future. I'm going in Apr for a quick 5 day trip w/my neice and her DD's 1st ever trip to ALL the parks. She visited MK last yr as part of her Disney Cruise option....
