Here you go Patsy.
Old Fashion Sugar Cookies 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, slightly beaten 3 cups flour 2 tsp. baking powder Milk (optional) Colored sugar (optional) Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine and mix well; flour and baking powder. Stir flour into butter mixture, 1 cup at a time. Chill dough for 4 hours. Roll out and cut into shapes, brush with milk and sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets, at 350 for 15 Minutes. *Note - When rolling out use powered sugar instead of flour. Chocolate Chip Cookies 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar (i use dark) 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup butter, softened 2 eggs 12oz Ghirardelli chocolate chips (i use milk chocolate) Stir together flour, soda, and salt. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded tsp. full onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 -10 minutes at 375. Blackbottom Cupcakes Filling: 8oz cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 6oz chocloate chips (i use milk chocolate) 1/8 tsp. salt 1 egg Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt. Add chips, set aside. Cake: 2 cups water 2/3 cups oil 2 tsp. vinegar 2 tsp. vanilla 3 cups flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cocoa Mix well the first 4 ingredients. Add the next 5 ingredients. Mix well and fill cupcake papers 1/2 full. Spoon 1 tsp. cream cheese micture ontop. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Peanut Butter Cups 1 cup butter, softened 2 cups peanut butter 2 1/2 cups powered sugar 12oz chocolate chips (i use milk chocolate) Melt the chocolate chips, set aside. Mix together butter, peanut butter, and sugar and spread in a 9x9 inch pan. Top with the melted chocolate. Cut into squares before completely cooled. Store in the fridge. Peanut Butter Frosting 1/2 cup butter, softened 2 to 2 1/2 cups peanut butter (depends on how peanut buttery you want it to taste) 4 cups powered sugar 1/3 cup heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla In a large bowl; beat butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Slowly beat in 1/2 the sugar. Mix in 1/4 cup of the cream. Beat in remaining sugar. If necessary, add a little more cream util the frosting reaches a good consistency. * Note - Makes enough to frost one 9" cake (single layer) or one 9x13" cake. Heavenly Hash 2 (28oz) cans fruit cocktail 4 bags mini marshmallows 2 (16oz) containers sour cream Combine all ingredients and mix together throughly. Keep refrigerated. *Note - Make ahead one day before serving to let the flavors combine. Let me know if you want more.

I don't drink too much hot coffee but I LOVE coffee flavored drinks if that makes sense. Not open to trying different ones tho.

Here you go Patsy, the savory recipes i promissed.
Stuffed Shells 18 jumbo pasta shells 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning 1 egg, beaten 2 jars meatless spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Cook pasta according to directions. Meanwhile brown beef, onion and garlic; drain. Add cheese, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and egg. Stuff shells, set aside. Pour 1 jar of spaghetti sauce into baking dish. Arrange shells in sauce, top with second jar of spaghetti sauce and the parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 25-35 minutes. Crab Stuffed Mushrooms 1/2 cup herb flavored cheese (i use Boursin http://www.boursincheese.com/) 1/2 cup finely minced crabmeat 18 uniform white mushrooms Mix herb flavored cheese and crabmeat together. Stuff the mushrooms. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven, till heated through. Jalapeno Deviled Eggs 12 hard cooked eggs 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped fine 1/4 tsp. mustard 4 green onions, chopped fine Mayonnaise (use to your taste) Cayenne Pepper Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolks. Mash the yolks, add the chopped jalapenos, mustard, onions and mayo. Stuff eggs, top with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Spaghetti Sauce 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped 2 Tbsp. butter 2 (12oz) cans tomato paste 4 cans water 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp.salt 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning 1 and 1/2 ponds Italian sausage Brown the sausage. Sautee in butter onion and garlic. Add tomato paste and water, stir until no lumps. Add salt, Italian seasoning, and baking soda and the Italian sausage. Savory Shepherd's Pie 2 pounds ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped pepper 4 cans vegetable soup 1/2 tsp. salt mashed potatoes Brown beef and cook the onion and pepper, until tender. Stir in the soup and salt. Spoon into a 1 quart casserole dish. Place potatoes in mounds around edge. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Simmer on low for 2 hours.

I go to the doctor because they only time i get an ear ache is when i get an upper respiratory infection.
