As with anything Disney, your mileage may vary of course. But I have had them do it twice now, so I don't see why they can't.

You CAN combine multiple gift cards into one, all you have to do is pick one that you want the balance on, then call the toll free number on the back of the card and press whatever buttons it is to get to a love operator, tell them that you have multiple cards that you need combined. If you are staying onsite at Disney World, You can also apply all of the gift cards you might have towards your room account when you check in, upon checking out they will refund any remaining balance to the credit card on file, if you gave them one at check in. Thanks! I will give this a try! I want to buy enough gift cards at Target to cover our AP's but I will be ordering over the phone and they only accept two payment methods so a million gift cards won't work.

I called the number on the back of the gift cards numerous times and they keep telling me that the gift cards can't be combined. One person told me that if I fax them copies of the cards and the receipts they maybe could but I don't really want to send that information via fax. I guess I will keep trying but it is so frustrating! Starbucks just lets me do it right on their app.

The Texas Grocery Store chain H-E-B has the following coupon:

"Gift Cards
$5 off $50 purchase, $15 off $100, or $50 off $300 purchase"

Expires 12/4/12

So it's 16.7% off Disney. Not bad.

Great. I think these coupons are really popular. Not just with Disney-philes, but with anyone wanting to buy random gift cards. My HEB was out of the coupons, ~100 of which they just put out yesterday, by lunch today.

Don't hesitate if you want this deal.

Where do you find the coupons??

The closest HEB is two hours away, but my Mom can help me with this deal. I just need to be specific on where she can get the coupons.

At my HEB, they were hanging on a circular hook attached to the end-of-the-aisle Gift Card Display. At other HEBs, they have them there and also in a Yellow coupon display near the customer service desk.

I didn't see this in the thread, but eBay is a good source to find gift cards at a bargain. Many people receive them for gifts or for one reason or another and can't use the cards. So they will list them on eBay at a discounted rate. I have been collecting a few towards my next trip and have saved an average of 6% on the total of cards. I am also earning eBay Bucks that I will probably use towards another card!

I just found a PhotoPass Plus Package someone was selling unused (still sealed) for $100!

I went to 2 HEB's today. One in Pflugerville and the other in Round Rock. They were both almost out of coupons. Lots of Disney gift cards available but no Amazon gift cards in higher denominations than $25. Picked up 1200 in Disney gift cards and $100 Marshall's/tJ Maxx. Total $1085. Saved $215. That gives us $100 per day @ Disney for tips and misc. Our trip is paid for already, we have Magic Your Way with the regular DDP.

You might want to call and see if you can switch your paid-for-trip to gift cards. Sometimes agencies (if you used one) will credit back to you what you've already paid. It might work.

I actually just asked a Disney reservation CM this last week. He said if I get gift cards they can credit my credit card and apply gift cards.
