PTR: You'll be 24 and never been to Disney? And you're 21 and never been on a plane?!

A pre-trip report brought to you in part by a girlfriend who is shocked that boyfriend has never been to Disney, his brother who has never been on a plane and her co-worker who is a premier pass holder.

Our trip came to be as my plans for Mexico were foiled by the fact sitting on the beach is actually boring and worse when there is rain. I dislike being bored, sitting on beaches or cheap food vacations more than once in a year so once I got back from Cuba, out the window my Mexico trip went.

My name is Courtney. My favorite ride is either IASW or Space Mountain. It has been almost 20 years since my last WDW trip but I have made up for that with lots of DL and DLP trips. I am a student teacher currently. I also volunteer as a teachers' assistant and have a part time job


The other person in that picture is Eric, my boyfriend who hides behind cameras, has never been to Disney and has an abnormal love for palm trees. I sold him on Disney by showing him a YouTube video of Wes Palm.



Other members of our group who remain photoless:

Glendon, the annual pass holder, going on 1 of 3 possibly 4 trips to a disney park he will take this year. We work together at my part time job. We bonded over our love of VWs

And last but mot least we have Alex, Eric's brother who has never left the country from what I hear. At the very least he has never been on a plane so I stuck him on a window seat or ailse seat so he can try both. He hids behind a camera as well. I actually don't think I have a picture of him.

Dates: Our redeye flight leaves August 18 from YEG and we say goodbye on August 26

This trip has become a gift to my dad.
He never knows what he wants for his birthday so we are going to recreate the picture below, frame them both and give him that for his birthday. This picture is from my last trip to disney world!

Hello!
There isn't much more planning going on because we aren't very good at planning more than we have to. I am pretty much doing everything I can to contain myself from jumping up and down with excitement.

Basically my only planning I know is that we are taking the red eye to houston, then flying into orlando the morning of the 19th and Mom is thankfully driving us to the airport. We are eating lunch at My first ride will have to be Pirates of the Caribbean. Other than that, I know I want to sit by the pool and relax!

We got our ME package today. Luggage tags and the info book! I thought it was awesome because it was customized with our names, flights and such. So cute!
