Happy New Year. I hope everybody celebrated with family and stayed safe. I spent the evening with 2 of my sisters, brother in law niece and nephew. We had dinner, drove around looking at lights and watched a movie. Best of all we decided to go to Disney world this summer! It will be the six of us that were there last night and possibly my other sister and the niece I usually take (can't seem to ever talk any of my 4 brothers into going). My poor brother-in-law will only have my 5year old nephew for male companionship! It will be the first time for my sister and her family. It isn't the best time finacially to go but we all had a rough 2012 with health issues. The nephew going is the one we almost lost last May after surgery for a birth defect.

I do not have much time this morning, Lisa, David and Christian all have MD appts, Rachel has to get her braces adjusted and my Dad has an oncology appointment, It is back to the wildness with a vengeance. We are thankful to have ushered 2013 in with no major incidents, that is the first time since we couldn't remember when. I vowed LAST New Year's Day to go NOWHERE and unplug the phone this year (Last year was when Bandit came down with the horrible unexplained illness). Michelle, Lisa is going to be very sorry to hear she missed Jonathan's call, please tell him Thank you and lets try this again, she would love to talk to him. Lisa, I am VERY sorry I missed your call too, I need to talk to you SOMETIME before you leave the country tomorrow!

To all of you THANK YOU for the wonderful New Year's Wishes. I send them right back to you!

So glad your New Year's Day came and went without any problem. Hope all the appointments go well today.

I'm debating if I should take JJ to the doc or not today. His chest sounds very congested, but he just finished his zithromycin. I know it has a very long half life and keeps working for days after you stop taking it. So I'm thinking I should give it til Friday? Yesterday was the first he ate meals and didn't just lay around.

Stayed home on New Year's eve and New Years and watched a couple of old Disney movies, So Dear To My Heart, and Song of the South.
