I'm so sorry your day didn't go as planned. I'm glad your dad is home and that while needing the medical attention, it wasn't serious enough to warrant a hospital stay. A little weird though that they let the arrhythmia go without treatment. My father was in a-fib during one of his hospital stays and no one seemed any too concerned about it -- he was DNR but he was still alert at the time and that can be treated with medication.

My day didn't go as planned either. I wanted to do party stuff and did yard work instead. I was out a long time and still am not finished. So Lisa, no pics yet since no progress was made today. I hope Megan's performance goes well

Judy, I hope Pete enjoys his nap. My dh stopped at the vet today to get cat food only because he needed to go to the fish store for medicine for his aquarium and other than that he has been in bed all day playing on his lap top. I guess that's why yard work didn't get done

Judy, we used Comfort Keepers when my mil was with us and it was covered by Medicare, not her personal insurance and not oop. Do check on these things, they can be a sanity saver.

Trying to catch up on your PTR. I showed Billy pictures of David's pens. He thought they were really neat. I'll have to buy one when David gets ready to sell them. Lisa looked beautiful in her Belle outfit while singing her song. Hope that you can help your parents arrange some type of transportation for doctor appointments. Keeping you all and everyone else here in prayer! Still really busy here trying to get so many different chores done.

I was already up for the day; however, Pete hopped in the shower to come with me. We arrived shortly after my parents. Judy, how's your Dad doing today? So sorry to hear about his set back and vertigo. Is he doing better from that now? I really worry about all you do - running here and there for everybody. Please take time and take care of yourself as well. We can't have our Judy getting run down. Can't wait to pop over and check out the TR updates. So excited!!!

Need some prayers, please. DH is not doing well with his back. We are headed back to surgeon tomorrow to talk surgery. The injections did not make a difference and he doesn't want to do another set. His doctor secretly told me that if he didn't get results from the first one (and he didn't) that they would not help him. He hates taking pain meds and he is just getting worn out. He comes home from work and sits in his chair till bedtime. This is not my husband at all - we are always on the go. I'll post more after our appointment but I have a feeling we will be doing surgery for L4, 5 and S1 after first of the year.

Tink - hope your dad's ankle is improving and JJ's dental work is going ok. Can't wait to hear about the theater.

Really quick, I am not trying to ignore anyone.

Alyson: I had to let you know I am praying for your DH and that things go smoothly through the holidays.

Lisa: I filed a complaint, I have the receipt; however, I forgot to tell Christian to get delivery confirmation. It is addressed to Aunt Lisa B so it will stand out.

Pete had to fly to Kentucky early this AM and then is driving to Indiana (2 hour drive) to meet with clients, then drive back to Kentucky tonight and will fly back in late tomorrow...I think he should be off the rest of the week because of that (of course he will NOT be).
