The lanyards I made
I decided to make my own lanyards instead of buying them. I was able to find the ribbon for $1 for 3 yards. I actually made 3 but this picture shows only 2. Overall cost for all 3 is $4.50.

Well done! You have done this in a very cute manner and it’s really very inexpensive.

lanyards
I loved your idea so much I decided to make some, too. I found some Disney print ribbon for the lanyards, and the D-Rings and hooks in a package of 2 for about $3.00. The pockets on the end came from the local dollar store. We added a piece of cardstock with a ccordinating Disney scrapbook sticker for the front and on the back we put names and cell phone numbers of adults in the party. The kids used the pockets for their room keys and photopass cards. This was their first trip to Disney and with the lanyards and a starter pintrading set, they were off and running. I tried to post a photo here but couldn't figure it out...

So I have a dumb question. You make the lanyards to put those name tag or badge holder clear pockets at the end and where them around your neck in the parks, right? Do the photo pass cards and KTTK stay inside the pockets without slipping out on the rides? Is that where you keep your kttk in? I would hate to lose those because of having money and DDP attached to them. I think it's a great idea to have them handy.

These turned out super cute!!! I bought pins and the same ribbon, though I bought the precut stuff for $2.96, and made the same ones a few months ago when we booked our trip!
