If you can't find anyone to split the cost of the delivery fee. Try Wegoshop.com. They do not have a minimum and they will shop at the store you choose and shop for the brand you request. They do charge delivery fee but no minimum. They will also deliver to the Resort. You will call them when you arrive at the airport or if you are driving, when you get into town. I believe if I remember correctly I paid 48.00 including gas fee, tip and delivery charge for 1 case of water, 2 gallons of lime gatorade, 1 8 pack of 20 oz bottles of lime gatorade so I can refill with the gallons, chips and cookies. I requested Walmart and they also gave me the receipt.

With Garden Grocer you have to have a $40 minimum order.

RHMH - THANK YOU so much! I appreciate the tip. Since we scored on the Free Dining, I just want to have water (maybe a few snacks) for the room, so I'll definitely look into Wegoshop! Since we won't need $75 of stuff... ;-)

If all you want is water .... another suggestion would be to order from Costco or Staples. Might be a little cheaper?

Thanks, GG! I hadn't considered Costco or Staples - wasn't even thinking about them.... Good idea!

Or cheaper still, you could just turn the tap on - it probably won't kill you.

That is true but personally I'm not fond of the taste of Florida water. I've tried using a Brita bottle but that didn't seem to help the taste. I realize it's probably all in my head .....

Someone please help me. I thought after reading other threads you could borrow a life jacket for the week at your resort (is this the case here) and that most people have never had an issue with kids going down the slides in them. I was just reading on the Riverside thread kids in life jackets arent allowed down the slide. Anyone else run into this? So can kids who can't swim alone not go down the slide? I know my little ones are going to be bummed about that.

Nope. Not in your head at all. Well yes, actually I guess it is all in your head, since that's where your taste buds are located. We found the Brita bottles helped, but I still prefer bottled water. I even use the bottled water to make tea and coffee in our room.

Last year we used Turnerdrug.com for a case of water. No minimum and they delivered right to the resort. After tax and delivey it was about $15 for 12 bottles of water.

Walmart will also deliver water to the resorts. Haven't done it myself, but have seen other DISers talk about it on the boards.
