Mailed today and received today. The envelope I got was ripped but they put it in another one. The coupons were all fine!

I was in the post office a few Saturdays ago & there were 8 other people in the post office ahead of me...filling out passport apps.-I was the only one w/a letter in my hand-There were 2 clerks----both clerks were working w/ the applicants  If one of the clerks hadn't noticed I had mail & taken care of me-there was no way I was going to wait there all day.  I was ready to bolt for the door & try another day...I bet they probably heard the choice words I mumbled when I realized what everyone was there for.....
