Hawaii or norway

Between a cruise to Norway and a cruise to Hawaii, which would you choose and why?

I would chose Norway because I did the Wonder to Hawaii. on the other hand, hawaii was great and DH would do it again.

If the costs were the same (or close) I'd also do Norway as we did Hawaii already. But, Hawaii is always a good alternative.

Norway. Why? Copenhagen, the fjords. It's a very unique itinerary that may not be offered again for a long time. If I was going to Hawaii, I'd prefer to stay on a couple of islands rather than cruise it, but that's just me.

I'd book Norway now to lock in the price, and then decide when the Hawaii information is released.

Different perspective here, I'd do Hawaii again (did Wonder to Hawaii Oct.2012) it was the perfect cruise as far as I'm concerned. Great length, weather, relaxation (out in the middle of the Pacific DH's work couldn't contact him if they tried-they did.) We go nice tours of the islands we visited, along with the excursions we took.

I'm always looking for warm weather cruising. Maybe when we move to Florida that will change but for now, sea days in the warm sunshine is the way I'd go.

DH and I are tyring to make the same decision. We have Norway booked and one of things that pushed us in that direction is we will have more opportunities to go to HI even if not on DCL. We are DVC members and can book the Aulani resort. We went on the Baltic in 2010 and really enjoyed it. We booked to repo cruise from Denmark to England via Iceland.

Susan, how about next year's Transatlantic?

I loved my cruise to Norway in 2012 on Royal Caribbean. It's a beautiful country, and a nice place to escape from the summer heat at home.

My first visit to Hawaii was a 2-night stopover in Honolulu enroute to Australia in January. I would love to return and see other islands.

I have done both, and I would do the fjords of Norway before doing Hawaii again. The fjords and glaciers in Norway are wonderful.

If Hawaii is one way, I'm for sure doing both (yes, in the same year)

Norway. Hard to see the real Hawaii from a cruise ship.

Guilty of the same thought. Although that means we won't be able to get a verandah. That's ok with me.
