Ariel cake for dinner at Chef Mickey's?
We have reservations at the Chef Mickey's on 1/22 for 5 adults and 4 children. We'd like to get a "fancy cake" for my niece, who's turning 5. She looooves Ariel. From what it sounds like, Chef Brian is the guy to talk to.
I've spent an hour combing this thread, and the other "Cake Chatter" threads, but only came across 2 Ariel designs. Could anyone post pics or links to any great Ariel-themed cakes? Thanks so much in advance!

I will be in WDW for my daughter's BD on 2/6, dinner is at Teppan Edo. She is a huge Stitch fan - does anyone know if I can get a chocolate Stitch to go on the cake there? Is there any place I can see a photo of the chocolate Stitch figure?

Unfortunately, the white chocolate figures are only available at a few of the Deluxe Disney resorts and locations serviced by them (which Teppan Edo is not). Complete info is in Posts #1 & #2.
Here are some photos of Stitch for you: ![]()

I scrapped the idea b/c I couldn't see spending that much on the topper, but it would turn out to be a cool cake if they could do it. |

Any Test Track cakes
Want to get DD a cake for Chef Mickey in March. Has anyone ever done or seen a Test Track cake? Also considering a fireworks cake for DM that is going to be on trip to celebrate retirement. Saw one of those posted here but if anyone else has other pics to share I would love to see them.

Hi cake fans
! I've been meaning to post these pictures that I took over the holidays. Barney's in NYC had a Disney-themed holiday window display and inside they had some cakes on display for special order. Thought they might be of interest to my fellow Disney cake fans .![]() ![]()

Yes, but she's the private dining contact. They don't let you work directly with the pastry chefs at the Grand Floridian.

Hi all,
Wow, great thread! Question - we are having dinner at 1900 Park Fare for my niece's 9th Birthday in July. Do we contact the Grand Floridian for a custom cake or the resturant directly? Thanks, Tara |

I dont even know where to start, I have never ordered a cake at Disney World. I could look at all the pretty cakes for days. We will be going to Disney in February and I thought about ordering an early birthday cake for my godchild.
I do not want to spend much, and would rather stay $50 or below. She loves just plain white cake/van icing. I saw the simple cakes for around $30. Is there anything else around my price range that is more "kiddie". She would be happy with a simple cake with just a disney character on it. I just want her to feel special and have a little something for her as a surprise. Any ideas would help! Thanks!
