Anyone flying into LAX on Friday morning around between 10:30 - 11:15 that might be interested in sharing a taxi or car rental to DL resort or nearby hotel?

Completed a great santa run for beer this past weekend.http://why-i-try.blogspot.com/

Training has been ok, slowed down a little on the mileage. I will be picking up mileage again next week. I will not be doing any taper for this one, it is a fun run for me.

Here is hoping the weather is better than the high of 39 today with light rain. This weekend will be doing a 9 miler in temps around 28 and windy - yeah lots of fun.

Looks like everything has been officially posted on the website...waivers, program, final instructions...but I don't see the corral breakdown yet. Did anyone else see it? Maybe I wasn't looking the right spot. Oh well...I hope they post it eventually.

Corral info for Tink: Was hoping they would be nudged into posting it sooner, or that she'd give me some basic info. So I emailed trackshack. Got this reply:

Thank you for contacting us. Under the Runner Info tab on the www.rundisney.com event site, we will be posting a corral assignments section just after the waivers download link. I was told this should be listed by middle of next week.

So no corral info until next week folks!

I can't wait for Tink. I've never been to DL. I'm going for C2C, just have to cross the marathon finish line first.

I'm getting into LAX around 915am, shuttling to Anaheim (which reminds me I haven't booked my Super Shuttle yet...must get on that!), dropping my bags at the hotel and heading straight to packet pick up...after that I'm free for the rest of the day so really I'm available at any time. indygirl99--what's your availability?

I may be able to join you ladies! I'm driving up from AZ in the early AM, I want to shoot to get there around 2-3 pm. I'm staying with a friend in LA that first night but I wanted to head to the expo first when I get there. So if I stay in that area I wouldn't mind grabbing a bite later with you guys, then heading over to my friends afterwards. I'm no help with figuring a place to eat though. I don't know what they have to offer .
