if they extend the current military offer (40% off rooms/discounted tickets) when that would occur?

Last year and the year before, it wasn't extended until after the current promotion had already expired. All I remember was that it was last minute.
There is speculation that it won't be extended, but I have also heard conflicting info. I guess we will never know until it actually happens.
