Each Team MUST have a name that is Disney Related.

There will be 30 Total Teams, divided into 3 divisions of 10 teams each. For 2012 we are starting as a Redraft League, but we will become a 3 player Keeper League in 2013, so draft accordingly.

Entry Fee:

This is a "For Fun" League for the Disdads. While there is no entry fee I encourage everyone to make a Donation to Give Kids the World.

Draft:

All 3 Divisions will hold their drafts via an online “slow” E-mail draft starting on Saturday, August 18th, 2012 at 9am ET with a timer of 10 hours per pick. Each division will be composed of 10 teams and each draft will last for 18 rounds, with each team selecting a player in each round in a serpentine fashion (team 1 through team 10, team 10 through team 1, etc). There are no rules governing the number of players to be drafted at each position. It is up to the draft strategy of each team owner to decide. Draft order will be randomly determined in Fall of 2012. There after Draftorder will be determined by Playoff (Championship Bracket ONLY) and Regular Season Record.

Time limit per pick: Each team will have 10 hours to make a pick – this does not mean you have to take that long – it is just the maximum amount of time that will exist for any one team. If a team does not make a selection in the allotted time, the MyFantasyLeague.com system will select the best player available for the team at that time based on its own system configuration. This team however will not be under computer control and will be able to select their next pick – it is ALWAYS wise to check in often during the draft and pre-draft when possible. Should any one franchise be deemed to consistently taking too long to draft - there team will be put on auto-pick UNTIL I hear that they are ready to resume drafting in a timely fashion. If Draft starts taking too long... I will shorten the time as required.


Trades:

There is no limit to the number of players a team can trade in a given week. Trade results will be posted on the website for each league. As a trade is approved, the team(s) rosters will automatically be updated and a transaction record will be listed. The weekly trade deadline is posted on the league calendar. The trade deadline for the season is Wednesday before week 10.

During the Off-Season: During the off-season, you can make as many trades as you wish. After cutdown has occurred you may not trade your keepers until after your draft is complete.

Trading of Draft Picks: Teams can trade draft picks for draft picks or draft picks and/or players. All trades that include draft picks must have an equal number of draft picks on both sides of the trade.

All trades must be approved by the Commissioner.

Keepers:

Starting in 2013, each team will be allowed to Keep 3 players of any position. Only one per Position. Example: 1QB, 1RB, 1WR or 1RB, 1TE, 1Def

Players may be traded for draft picks prior to Cut Down Date some time in July.

Schedule:

Regular Season: will be NFL Weeks 1-12. Each week each team will faceoff in a triple header facing one opponent from each Division for week 1-10. For the Final 2 weeks each Team will have a Triple Header within their own Division. 540 games Total. Each Team having 36 Matchups total. 16 Divisional Match-ups, 10 form Division A, 10 From Divsion B.

Post Season: will be NFL Weeks 13-16. 12 Teams wil Make the Championship Bracket. (4 from Each Division) Remaining Teams will have an array of Chumpionship Match-ups. (TBD)



Line-up Submissions:

Each team will start: 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1(Flex RB/WR), 1PK, 1Def.

In 2012 there will be an NFL game every Thursday Night. (Week 1 is actually Wed.). So I encourage you to submit an initial Line-up on Thursday then "Tweak" Line-ups based on Injuries.

Line-ups from the previous week will be carried over, however this does not help you with Injuries and Bye Weeks. Please be aware if you fail to submit a line-up you are letting down ALL of your fellow League-mates. Helping out 3 teams you are scheduled against, while hurting all other teams in the league by being an "easy win" for common opponents.

IF for some reason (no power, family emergency) you cannot submit a Line-up please contact the commissioner(s). email or text prefered. Based on the Time of the request we might be able to fix the roster at your specific direction. IF a team becomes unmanaged (for 2 consecutive weeks) the Commisioner will submit line-ups based on player performance (YTD Points, Playing Status).

Playoffs:

Top 4 teams from Each Division will be Seeded in a 12 Team Bracket. Top 4 (3 Division Champs + Next best Team based on Rankings Above) receiving A Bye In Week 13.

OK one of the chief issues we have had in the past are that some couldn't get past the fact that the My Fantasy League site is not like fantasy football sites they have used in the past (Yahoo, CBS, NFL, ESPN, FOX, etc.)

With a 2/3 of our Regular Season in... I thought I'd give another "If the Season ended today" look at our league.

We have a 12 team Playoff bracket with the Top 4 from each division making our Dole Whip Cup Bracket.

Keep in mind the overall record has the most weight... then Divisional Record...then Total Points.
Also you must make the top 4 of your Division to make this playoff bracket.

Here is how our Top 4 look. For our Dole whip Cup Bracket... These teams would recieve a bye the first week of our playoff.
