We sent over contract and deposit last week. Still waiting to here something.

They can't send it to Disney for ROFR until the seller signs it as well. Just send an email to your broker to have them let you know when it is submitted. They will inform you when it passes. Be patient, I know its exciting (just closed on Tuesday here) but you will have years to enjoy it.

I know the feeling. We passed ROFR on 2/8 and didn't receive our closing docs until 2/23. That wait seemed to go on forever. But like PP said, hang in there. You'll be a DVC member soon enough!

Not sure what "last week" means, but you should have heard something within a day or two. Having both bought and sold via resale, I can tell you there is really no reason for an extended delay. If it's been more than two days, I'd call the broker and ask them what's going on.

If there has been no response from the seller, I'd look for another contract. If you find another contract you like, cancel your offer and make an offer on the new contract.

I'd also check with multiple brokers. Some brokers are more conscientious than others about getting answers and getting deals done.

We went to ROFR for a 160pt SSR contract and I know it is taking the full 30 these days, but I want it now! I feel like my impatient 10yr old that has to have it yesterday. I wonder where he gets it from?

Folks, please get me a flux capacitor and good ol' Doc Brown!!
